Objectives

Improve the training, consulting and research capacities of the National Administrative Training Centre of Cape Verde and similar entities in the other four PALOP countries.

Results

• Training of teachers, central and local Public Administration staff, business managers and consultants;
• Creation of an expertise support scheme for the administrative and institutional reforms in the PALOP countries.

Target Audience

Public Administration Entities and the respective civil servants.
Indirect beneficiaries: Public decision-makers and company managers; Training Centres for Public Administration and Business Management.
