Objectives
Contribute to employment promotion in income-generating activities in PALOP and Timor-Leste.
Results
- Increase of the number of human resources employed with differentiated creative and technical skills in the cultural sectors, through the creation of new technical and management courses for the cultural sector, the support for student mobility, the organisation of artistic residences and the financing of small initiatives.
- Greater dissemination of PALOP-TL music and performing arts and improved marketing opportunities in national, regional and international markets through the funding of regional and international projects and the international “PALOP-TL Culture” campaign.
- Financial and technical support for the creation, publication and dissemination of children’s and youth literature of PALOP-TL at national and regional level.
Target Audience
Institutions of technical education and professional training; institutions of higher education with courses in the areas of culture; students of secondary and higher education, with special attention to young women; creators and professionals in the cultural sectors, with special attention to women and young people; operators in the fields of music, performing arts and literature, with special attention to women; educators and teachers in initial training schools. Indirect beneficiaries: Citizens, consumers of cultural products and all employers in the cultural sectors in PALOP and Timor-Leste.
