To improve the response and overall efficiency of the public administrations in the five PALOP countries by consolidating the training capacities of the respective public administrations at central and local level.
- Teacher training and training of civil servants at national level on relevant technical topics related to the public sector;
- Definition, management and assessment of training strategies in the public administration sector, and improvement of the technical and operational aspects of the bodies involved;
Officers of the public administrations in the PALOP countries, especially middle and senior managers, and executive staff at central and local level.
Indirect beneficiaries: The general population and the social and economic agents of the PALOP countries.
