Objectives

To improve the response and overall efficiency of the public administrations in the five PALOP countries by consolidating the training capacities of the respective public administrations at central and local level.

Results

• Teacher training and training of civil servants at national level on relevant technical topics related to the public sector;
• Definition, management and assessment of training strategies in the public administration sector, and improvement of the technical and operational aspects of the bodies involved;

Target Audience

Officers of the public administrations in the PALOP countries, especially middle and senior managers, and executive staff at central and local level.
Indirect beneficiaries: The general population and the social and economic agents of the PALOP countries.
