On February 10, 2023, the Official Ceremony for the Delivery of Certificates of Completion of the Postgraduate Course in Public Finance Management will take place. The Ceremony will be marked by an asynchronous Virtual Opening Session, via ZOOM, scheduled to start at 12:00-12:30 in Mozambique (ANG: 11:00-11:30 | CV: 09:00-09:30 | GNB: 10:00-10:30 | PT: 10:00-10:30 | STP: 10:00-10:30).
The Postgraduate Course in Public Finance Management was conceived in the context of the Program for the Consolidation of Economic Governance and Public Finance Management Systems in the PALOP-TL (Pro PALOP-TL ISC), funded by the European Union (EU) and administered by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in 2015, by ISCTE-IUL|IPPS and by the Portuguese Court of Auditors.
